Saturday Bootcamp

Every Saturday we have bootcamp classes from 10am until 11am. It IS a group class and will contain cardio, weight lifting, and body movement exercises throughout the entire class period. There is no skill or activity level required. All that is asked is you bring your game face and give it everything you’ve got. Our certified trainers will be there to help and assist in getting you back into shape by creating a  workout that is as intense as p90x or insanity but still meets your personal needs without breaking you in half!
